A Harvard Alumni, Pushpa is passionate about music and cinema. While she enjoys her time at the boardroom, she also cherishes quality time spent with her children and family.

Ms. Pushpa Bector is currently a prominent member of CII- National Committee of Retail and PHD Chamber of Commerce- Chairperson of Retail. Ms. Bector has been a recipient of numerous awards and honours. The most prestigious of which was conferred to her by CMO Asia in 2013 following her continuous contributions to the retail and real estate segment. She was honoured with the International Women Leadership Award for her excellence in the retail industry. This award recognised and appreciated the profound role played by Ms. Bector as an exemplary leader, decision maker and executioner, in shaping the future of retail in India.

Pushpa is well-versed in analytics and has successfully shown the power of data to drive results. She was awarded the Most Admired Shopping Centre Professional of the Year at Asia Shopping Centre and Mall Awards 2014. Her keen interest in finance and deep understanding of key industry drivers earned her the prestigious Pathfinder award for the most enterprising CXO in the 8th annual estate awards.
