Munaf Kapadia is an entrepreneur, writer and digital marketing maverick. He is the founder and Chief Eating Officer (CEO) of The Bohri Kitchen and the author of the book commissioned by Harper Collins titled The Guy Who Quit Google To Sell Samosas.
The Bohri Kitchen is a two-time Times Food & Nightlife Award winner and has been lauded across FnB industry forums for making customers and restaurateurs sit up and take notice of regional cuisines, home dining experiences and home chefs.
For his branding and marketing acumen in bringing the little-known cuisine of the Bohra community to the forefront of experiential dining in India – he has been recognized on Forbes India’s 30 under 30 list and the Forbes Asia list for Arts (2017), Entrepreneur Magazine’s 35 under 35 list (2018) and also received the Midday Rising Star Award (2018).
He is also a member of the INK fellowship – a prestigious program that brings together cohorts of bright, young people on the cusp of disruption in their respective fields of work and study.
Prior to founding The Bohri Kitchen, Kapadia was an Account Strategist at Google, India representing Google to the top ten financial institutions in the country who cumulatively invested $ 10 million annually on advertising through Google.
