- Track record of launching 200+ restaurants / QSR outlets till date, and instrumental in the launch of the first Donut outlet in India (under brand Donut Baker) and the first Cold Stone Ice Cream outlet in India (under brand Cream & Fudge)
- Previously, COO of Zooropa Foods, an investment arm of SAIF Partner focused on QSR, which had two portfolio companies – Ammi’s Biryani and Dana Choga’s Kitchen, both managed by Kaushik
- Holds a degree in Hotel Management and has a passion for photography & music
