Chef Vanshika Bhatia realized her passion and love for food at a very young age. This passion is what has taken her to few of the top restaurants in the world like Noma (Copenhegen), Junoon (Dubai) and Gaggan (Thailand). Using the skills picked up all over the world, Chef Vanshika is championing Local Ingredients by turning them into innovative and imaginative dishes at her own restaurant Together at 12th at Le Meridien Gurgaon, which, along with being beautiful and delicious, always take the taster on a journey of flavours. In her journey as a chef entrepreneur she is also running M Cafe at M3M Golf Estate, Petite Pie Shop and is in the process of setting up further food ventures to be revealed soon.
